Abortion, Genocide, and Planned Parenthood

Condoms are being shipped to Africa. Programs are being put into place to educate women on family planning and birth control throughout the world". In other words, people of color are still being encouraged to decrease their procreation. One must look at the history and it will be clear how and why this movement began.
