Faith and the World

The expression of the human being is then the result of a conflict between two internal tendencies; one made of the intelligence and accumulation of wisdom but deprived of the element of action, and the other made of emotions, motivations, and action but not having either wisdom or intelligence. It is then not difficult to know the paths that are victorious. The world of the human being will not be made of what he knows, but rather what he believes.

The Logic of the Strong, the Intelligent, and the Weak

They say that everything we observe is simply submitted to the light we project on it, the aspect that we want to take into consideration. Even the night possesses its lights; it is up to the eyes to know how to look. All these wise insights that we have developed in the face of the contrast that the environment presents to us can all be summarized in one principle of the spirituality as taught by the Kemetic schools: Heru-Seth.

The Hero and the Egoist

To understand the current misconceptions this society has about the hero and the egoist, a basic understanding of why we human beings seek to be and do good is necessary. Simply put, it is our nature to want to do good. We are of this nature because we are of the transcendental nature by which life as we know it perpetuates itself. To continue our existence, our desire must be for the good of ourselves. We must be a constructive society because a destructive society, naturally, would not exist - except within a constructive one.

Thou Shall Not Cause Suffering to Humans

This Commandment, "Thou Shall Not Cause Suffering to Humans", is a rather simple one to understand. To suffer means 1. to endure death, pain, or distress; 2. to sustain loss or damage, or 3. to be subject to disability or handicap. This commandment is a great deal more challenging than it appears. I used to think that if I did not go around killing, punching, and kicking people I was pretty much clear of breaking this commandment. This is not nearly the case. Suffering can be caused individual to individual, institution to institution, individual to institution, or institution to individual. When one thinks of it in these terms, suddenly it becomes a lot more difficult to not cause suffering to humans.

Pharmaceuticals Don’t Work

The medical system's fear (and the current social system, as it cannot survive without the medical system) of herbs, herbalists, and alternative therapies is very telling. If one is not afraid of being exposed, one does not fear another's success. Perhaps if the drugs, surgeries, and practices of the medical system were sound and effective, they would leave natural healers alone. It is because they are still searching for the knowledge that traditional healers have held for thousands of years that they feel threatened. It is because their drugs are not effective that they fear herbs. The medical system knows it has failed - it just does not want the people to know!

The Mechanics and Effects of Modality Part 2

Is the fact that a rhythm used for healing the human body literally looks like the human body? Japanese scientist, Masaru Emoto, shows in his first book that enlarged photographs of water crystals in China formed the actual shape of the Chinese character for the word water. There is no evidence that the Dogons used graphical analysis to create music or that the Chinese had the technology to view enlargements of water crystals when creating their language symbols. It seems that these Ancient people acted in complete congruency with nature.

Song of the Ainu Gods

The Ainu culture is often referred to as the indigenous people of Japan. Ainu means human in the indigenous language. The Ainu once covered the territory known today as Japan but were pushed by more aggressive tribes to the Hokkaido and the southern part of the Saghalien Island. The predominant belief concerning their origin is that they originated from the Jomon culture, which grew out of a population who lived in the area around 10,000 BC when Japan was connected to Korea. The Ainu had a very similar spiritual system to many indigenous groups around the world. They were polytheistic with a deep reverence for their ancestors.
